About this workshop
International standards and legislation require businesses to report their progress in addressing negative human rights impacts. To effectively demonstrate this progress, businesses must measure and assess the effectiveness of their due diligence actions. Simply implementing due diligence processes and measures is insufficient; companies must also show that these measures successfully achieve the desired outcomes. This workshop is designed to provide businesses with essential insights on measuring the effectiveness of their efforts to manage adverse human rights impacts. Participants will learn how to develop appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and discuss how to tackle common challenges.
