What we did
We worked with Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club in the development of their sustainability management system under ISO 20121, where we addressed supply chain management as a key issue to improve the sustainability principles of the club. This was also a means to save costs and drive value by addressing sustainability issues in their tenders.
We helped to produce a guide on sustainable procurement for the commercial team, and reviewed and drafted specific clauses for their tender documents.
