What we did
We worked with Millennium Stadium to deliver bespoke training to their senior management team and employees, focusing on what ‘sustainability’ meant to them in the context of the organisation’s objectives and their individual roles.
The interactive workshop guided participants through dynamic exercises to help them comprehensively understand the subject matter, facilitating a mindset change towards embedding the principles of sustainable development within the company.
We also worked with the Rugby Football Union on employee engagement, collaborating to produce an insightful report on employees’ understanding of how ‘sustainability’ fits within the organisation’s values and the implementation of ISO 20121.
