Exploring the value of codes of conduct is essential for responsible business practice in today’s business climate. Society is more aware of the social environment of globalised production, and corporations are motivated to implement transparency measures to keep the trust of stakeholders and consumers (Tejedo-Romero, 2018). Organisations are turning to corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies and developing codes of conduct as a way of outlining expectations and guidelines for their employees and suppliers. Within these codes, organisations can develop steps and requirements that bring about transparency. This white paper is a collaborative research paper between the University of Westminster and Ardea International
