Ardea International is recognised as a training centre by IEMA.
Ardea Academy provides you with:

- Colleen Theron, CEO of Ardea is also an accredited trainer and tri-qualified lawyer and will deliver the training and facilitate the roundtable workshops

- The Ardea Academy also runs an optional, separate branch in association with Ride for Freedom, where members contribute to supporting cycle rides for the organisation to foster community and mental and physical wellbeing which can include a fundraising dimension
What the Ardea Academy annual programme includes
The programme includes the following deliverable by Ardea International, annually:
- One facilitated roundtable workshop that is sector specific
- E-learning for 50 staff members per organisation
- One bespoke 3 hour training session for up to 12 managers/directors OR a review of your modern slavery statement
- 2 participants on one of our 6 week online training and support programmme
- 5% discount on toolkits and further training
- Option to participate in further sector bespoke training
