  2. Define what activities constitute human trafficking and slavery
  3. Explain why it is important for business to know about modern slavery
  4. Describe your legal responsibilities and the penalties for non-compliance
  5. Identify risk indicators of modern slavery within a business
  6. Explain where to report any instance of modern slavery

To introduce managers and employees to the concept of forced labour and modern slavery risk  and how it relates to their business. It will also be useful for organisations, individuals, students or academics that want to know more about what forced labour is, its impact on business and how  to manage the risk
